Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy within the EU, UK or US, which means you have 14 days from the date you received your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return all products must be in a new and unopened state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place.

To request a return, please contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. This label will also include instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns outside the EU, UK or US.

International buyers, please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what additional costs you may incur prior to completing your purchase.

If you receive your package, and it is not what you ordered or your item is faulty (i.e. damaged in transit or has a manufacturing fault) please contact us immediately. Make sure to include your order number and a photograph of the relevant item. We will do everything we can to resolve the matter as promptly as possible.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
